Without proper revelation , Clarke , who has spent age warning of the danger of unchecked AI systems , says a skilled agent of pandemonium could even induce elector to stay home on election Clarence Shepard Day Jr. , potentially influencing an election ’s outcome .

I ’m not needs convinced that we ’ll have an opportunity to take it up in this Congress . My hope is that in the next Congress , we ’ll have a suite of policies that really addresses our online health .
