A small cervid that was at the core of a political tussle between New York State and New York City hasdied of stressafter it was give a stay of execution .

But the cervid was really a wild beast , and it cursorily became the centerpiece of a freaky political feud between New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio and Governor Andrew Cuomo .

But the Governor ’s office had a different agendum . On Thursday evening , Governor Cuomo offered to help the urban center absent the cervid and keep it alert .
“ Over the last day , the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation advised the City of New York that there are option to mercy killing that they can consider , include move , ” a spokesperson for Gov.
