Thesecond eldest daughterofKelsey Grammershared avideoon TikTok Tuesday that captured the pair’s “quick weekend trip” to New York City. And with that, theAwkwardalum also shared a candid message about the duo’s bond.

“Growing up, I didn’t spend a lot of time with my Dad. And as I get older time seems to move faster it feels like there is less and less of it,” Greer, 31, captioned the post, which has since been deleted. “So any time we get to spend together - even just quick weekend trips like this one - is so special and precious to me.”

In a comment from the since-removed post, theDeadly Illusionsactress reiterated how important moments like this are to her. “I don’t spend a lot of time with my dad. So the little sweet moments we get are really special,” she wrote.

Kelsey shares Greer with his former girlfriend Barrie Buckner. She is the second of Kelsey’s four daughters, and the second oldest of his seven kids.

The actor is also dad to daughterSpencer, 40, who he shares with his first wife, Doreen Alderman, daughterMason, 22, and son June, 19, who he shares with ex-wifeCamille Grammer.

In 2011, he marriedKayte Walsh, and the couple have since welcomed three children:Faith, 11,Gabriel, 9, andJames, 7.

As a father of seven,Kelsey’s kids are a “big part” of his life— and influence his career decisions.

“I work on a lot of things. I like the idea of being sort of a magnet. Try this, try that. Some of them don’t work out, some of them don’t,” he told PEOPLE last year. “Kids are a big part of it now.”

Kelsey said at the time that fatherhood has “never been better,” adding, “It’s the greatest experience in the world, the joy every day of being with my kids.”

Last year, Kelsey collaborated with his oldest daughter,Spencer, as they starred in Lifetime’s12 Days of Christmas Eve. The experience of working together was “unique,” she told PEOPLE, but “actually quite a pleasure.”

TheRick and Mortystar called it“really healing” for her and her dadto play a father-daughter duo with a similar “hot and cold” dynamic to their own — and Kelsey admitted that there are things he would change about his early days as a first-time parent to the 40-year-old.

“I certainly regret I let her down a couple of times,” he said of how work took him away from his young family after he was cast onCheersin 1984.

Kelsey said the divorce with Spencer’s mother, Doreen Alderman, which took place when the actress was a toddler, was “hard” on everyone.

“I feel sorry about it,” he added. “But I’m also thankful that we had a chance to make amends.”
